Volunteers and the burial ground dream
The ideas associated to the indigenous approach to intellectual property, knowledge systems, rights, culture and heritage, have come to our attention in the dreaming. The issues of law that are relative to the short term, the long term and the changing circumstances, have led us to decide to hold those rights that relate to our indigenous region, with the assistance of the Government of Australia and with the view of protecting them in the dreaming from any further exploitations. We will report any instances of title or heritage exploitations to the Federal Government of Australia, as is our practice and as we have done for some time now. Any further issues of contentions or argument should be directed to the Federal Court of Australia, Native Title Unit, where our documents are being held.

The Bag Lady Dream
What is this dream telling us? Rachael Maxwell is an honored member of our family, Rachael has a rich heritage that is yet to be disclosed and a story of her own that describes her journey within culture and heritage. Every Indigenous person has a right to a share in their heritage and a right to use that for the benefit of family. Corruption and legal convolution has temporarily separated many of the indigenous people of the world from their birthrights, separation by legal convolution does not break apart that which is eternally conjoined. I am far from impressed by the suggestions made in the dream by my associates and indeed I woke up with feelings of immediate distress. Rachael has her own story to tell.

The Godfather Dream
The Dream
Kym had a dream that Sydney Sparrow had given Kym two names of reference associated to work related matters. Those contacts led Kym to meet gentleman that resembled an Italian godfather.(mafia)Kym sat with the gentleman and others and spoke with him for some time. We were making references to our hands and to a point that we had something in common. It was mentioned that Sydney Sparrow would do some very valuable work for the group.Kym and the godfather shook hands with the First Nation hand shake, the Western traditional style, the clasping of the fingers and the fist palm to palm. Kym was then seated at another table with one person each side of him, a man and a woman. They were adding figures and one said to the other, do not stop we have work to do. Within the vicinity of the meetings there were other people associated to the liquor trade but they did not intervene into our business. It appeared as if our business was of a more serious nature, than to that of publicans and the like.
Kym dreamed that his local TAB would remain open until Kym had spent all of his money.
Kym dreamed of being in Africa and he saw symbols that identified parks. Kym was ordering the production of a woolen garment with a wool that was extremely fine and dense.
Sydney Sparrow I am your student and I have a great deal of respect for you and your work. Please take no offense to the dreaming as we offer this in good faith as we have only ever received a benefit from that which is revealed to us in the dreaming. I am certain that there are factions within the Italian community that hold values that are traditional virtues and virtues true to the people. I saw nothing that could be regarded as criminal or untoward in the dream and I hold that as a token of good faith in business dealings. If there are issues of warning in the dreaming, I am certain that this will be revealed in a beneficial way.
The dream about the TAB, they wont go away until I stop seeing them and that is a warning for me, if I intend to progress in the dreaming I may need to do that. Historically, the racing and liquor mob have not been the best of partners for the Kaurna-Ngarrindjeri and it does appear now that we may be parting company.(re the Park-lands development deals, Cheltenham and Glenelg-Stanford Grande etc. All issues of historic bother that are recorded within the shared Government-media files of our dreaming)
Yours sincerely Kym Maxwell and family

Are we going to Murray Bridge?
Hello to the office of the Attorney General, the honorable Michael Atkinson from Kym Maxwell and family.
In the Dreaming: Kym dreamed that he was advised by one of his UNISA lecturers to set up a trust account.
Kym dreamed that he was in a house that was a place where people were bickering and undermining each other. Kym was not feeling secure in that house and at the end of the dream Kym was asked if he would be going to Murray Bridge.
1 No we are not intending to set up a trust account at this time.
2 We are not going to Murray Bridge, in the near future we intend to continue with our own work and studies.
3 It might appear that there are fundamental issues in law that are yet to be resolved and that the legal mandate of the State is being affected by that ongoing circumstance; fueled by certain actions of decent within the law, issues that are related to matters of heritage and title.
Yours sincerely, the Maxwell Kaurna-Ngarrindjei family, Title holders and custodians of the dreaming and law

The prostitution dream
Our response to that dream: We understand that in the world people have differing values, morals and cultural understandings of sexuality and we understand that sexuality is a natural part of the world.
Our position relating to this matter is that we do not support the practices of adult people or children being used or traded for slavery or prostitution. We do accept that adult people have a free will as to what they choose to do, but we do not accept that anyone has the right to sexually exploit, enslave, promote, publish or depict those activities that relate to the illegal uses of children.

Kym dreamed that his family wanted to set up their stall at Johns street Salisbury, but we were told by a woman unknown to us that we could not set up because the sausage sizzle wanted to set up. We explained to her that we trade together (as we do) but she would not listen and insisted that we should not set up our stall.
In reality we trade at the Johns St market Salisbury most weeks on a Thursday and Friday. Kym understands that this dream is referring to issues associated to International societies such as Volunteers Australia, in the dreaming they are objecting to us using our tribal business name that associates to the union to our First Nation heritage. The issues surrounding, First Australians having control over their ID and heritage is a contentious issue that remains without resolution. The dreaming might bring this to a conclusion as we will continue to trade using the name of our birthright, that links to our First Nation heritage. - October 8, 2009 3:22 AM
